Mike’s Place: Saturday, we were buried under more than a foot of snow. The neighbor, bless his heart, plowed us out with his big John Deere. We decided to go out for a (very) late breakfast around 1:30 pm and managed to perch the Scion in my unplowed cul-de-sac. The Kent plow had to work around us, and, as usual, reburied the drive. Neighbor to the rescue again. We finally made it to Mike’s, breakfast, and lots of good, hot coffee. It could have been annoying, but for some reason it was just Big Winter Fun, a happy day.
